musicMagpie's Admission to AIM and gets a Green Economy Mark Accreditation

THE online 2nd hand gadget vendor and music seller, musicMagpie (AIM: MMAG), a leading re-commerce business in the UK and US specialising in refurbished consumer technology, is pleased to announce the admission ("Admission") of the Company's ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to trading on the AIM market of London Stock Exchange plc ("LSE"). Admission will take place and dealings under the ticker:- "MMAG" (ISIN: GB00BKY4XG48).

musicMagpie is a leader in the re-commerce of consumer technology (including:- smartphones, tablets, consoles and computers) with sustainability running to the very heart of its operations. Founded in 2007, the Group has an established presence in the UK, with operations, in Stockport, Greater Manchester, and in the US in Atlanta, Georgia. Operating through its two trusted brands; musicMagpie in the UK and Decluttr in the US; the Group's core business model is simple: to provide consumers with a smart, trusted and sustainable way to buy, rent and sell refurbished consumer technology and physical media products.

The Company is pleased to confirm that it has received the LSE's Green Economy Mark, which recognises companies that derive 50% or more of their total annual revenue from products and services that contribute to the global:- 'Green Economy.'

Total voting rights, following Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be:- 107,772,020; each with equal voting rights. The Company does not hold any rights in treasury. The total voting rights figure can be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.

Top magicians line up to re-open Liverpool's M&S Arena with a spectacular and very dangerous magic show

SHONE Productions are bringing a spectacular magic show, which is set to be the 1st performance of the year, at Liverpool's M&S Bank Arena this Summer to mark the venue's post lockdown reopening. The show will form the 1st live programme taking place, at the waterfront venue, when Covid19 restrictions are eased following 17 May 2021. Liverpool based producer James Shone is delighted to reveal that X-treme Magic will be staged on Saturday, 22 May 2021, at 7pm in The Auditorium, at Liverpool's M&S Bank Arena, and tickets are on sale now:- MandSBankArena.com.  This is no old fashioned rabbit out of hat magic, this show is a spectacle, designed to thrill with death defying edge of your seat stunts, grand stage illusions, daredevil escapology, and mind blowing magic all within a fast paced performance.



Organisers are keen to reassure theatregoers that all necessary safety measures; including:- social distancing; will be in place to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable return to indoor live entertainment.

Producer James Shone commented:- "I am delighted to be bringing the very 1st live show of the year to The Auditorium at the M&S Arena. Audiences have missed out on so many live experiences over the last 12 months, so it's a real privilege that we will be presenting shows once lockdown restrictions are eased. And what a show it is, we have some of leading magicians and illusionists in the industry, we have created a spectacular production for all the family to enjoy. We want to reassure theatregoers that social distancing and safety measures will be in place to ensure Covid secure performances, audience, cast and crew safety is paramount."

X-treme Magic; The World's Most Dangerous Thrill Show is packed with fire, illusion and death-defying stunts. Master illusionist Richard Cadell will be joined by a full supporting cast of magicians including Pete Firman (Tonight At The London Palladium), Elizabeth Best (Britain's Got Talent) and Craig Christian (Evolution Of Magic), as well as fire artistes, speciality acts and dancers. The show is billed as being unlike any other magic show ever seen in the UK. Created in Las Vegas, it was then brought across the pond to entertain UK audiences.
