"Driving in for Christmas" - Carol Service - Churches Together in Formby, Altcar and Hightown (CTFAH) - Video Highlights

A Carol Service called:- "Driving in for Christmas" took place on Sunday, 20 December 2020, in the Formby Pool's car park. The event was run by Churches Together in Formby, Altcar, and Hightown (CTFAH) and was done to celebrate Christmas in a COVID-Safe way, but this did mean they had a limited number of parking spaces this event, and the drive-in carol service was performed twice on the night, at 5.00pm and 7.00pm... This was a free event that was run at a COVID-19 secure venue, licensed by both Merseyside Police and Sefton Council. The filming was also conducted under the British Film Commission (BFC) COVID-safe rules for filming. Liverpool City Region at the time of filming was under Tier 2 local restrictions, for England.


Total UK cases Covid19 cases in and around Liverpool City Region

THE total number of UK Coronavirus (Covid19) infections that have been laboratory confirmed, within the UK, has risen by:- 32,725 cases and the total number now stand at:- 2,221,312 that includes tests carried out by commercial partners which are not included in the 4 National totals.

The total number of Covid19 associated UK fatalities added to the total, was sadly reported to be:-
570, within 28 days of positive test, according to the Department of Health. The total number of deaths of people who have had a positive test result confirmed by a Public Health or NHS laboratory is:- 70,195, within 28 days of positive test. Deaths with Covid19 on the death certificate:- 79,349.

The number of Covid19 patients currently in UK Hospitals:-
21,286. The current number of Covid19 patients currently in mechanical ventilation beds in UK Hospitals:- 1,529 Daily number of Covid19 patients admitted to UK Hospitals:- 2,143.  People received 1st dose vaccination:- 616,933.

In England, there are a total of:-
1,906,291 confirmed cases. North West - total of:- 349,719 confirmed cases.

 Manchester, 34,701 confirmed cases.

 Oldham, 16,315 confirmed cases.

 Preston, 8,319 confirmed cases.

 Rochdale, 14,341 confirmed cases.

 Salford, 14,930 confirmed cases.

 Stockport, 11,938 confirmed cases.

 Tameside, 11,421 confirmed cases.

 Trafford, 9,896 confirmed cases.

 Warrington, 9,627 confirmed cases

 Wigan, 18,575 confirmed cases.

 

Daily reported Covid19 deaths are now measured across the UK as deaths that occurred within 28 days of the 1st laboratory confirmed positive Covid19 test.   Daily and cumulative numbers of Covid19 patients admitted to Hospital. Data are not updated every day by all 4 nations and the figures are not comparable as Wales include suspected Covid19 patients while the other nations include only confirmed cases.

 

The latest R number is estimated at:- 1.1 to 1.3 with a daily infection growth rate range of:- +1% to +6%, as of 24 December 2020.
