Are you Building?
With the increasing value of homes, people are now looking to improve their homes and therefore increase their value, without the need for moving. With this in mind, the Government has introduced new regulations concerning Building Regulations. They came into effect on the 1st of April and affect Gas, oil, fuel, heated water, windows and door systems. It is now in your best interests to ask for proper accreditation such as a Benchmark Certificate or a FENSA Certificate if its window or door related. This ensures that any improvements you make to your home are all properly regulated and come up to Government standards.

This information has been given to us by The Guild of Master Craftsmen Ltd, who try to keep a high standard of workmanship amongst their members and have a very good reputation because of this, if you see their emblems and marks then you are guaranteed to get good craftsmanship and hard work.
