Formby's Fashion and Beauty Houses Do It Again!

On Tuesday 13th, it was not an unlucky night for Alder Hey.  Formby Hall was the venue for yet another amazing night out for local ladies.  Gill Fell of Impact PR put together an evening of Beauty, fashion and lingerie to raise money for Alder Hey's Rocking Horse Appeal.

Guests were greeted by Tony Adams and Debra Burgess, owners of Perfect Image who hosted the evening and supplied a complimentary drink, canapés and free luxury E'Spa gift for every lady.  Not only that but they also donated extra cash to the proceeds!

The evening continued with beauty demonstration and talk on the up-to-the-minute treatments including Botox and Collagen.

14 Children modeled clothes from the popular Bon-Bleu designer shop, Frenzy (in Formby). Owners Donna Adams and Helen Adams wanted to participate with the children to help raise money for Alder Hay.  The youngest model, Alice Readman, was only two years old.  She stole the show with her cute blond curls and once again when she ran down the cat walk to greet her Mum at the other end!

The highlight of the evening was a FULL FASHION  and Lingerie show by Rodayo and Private Collections of Formby.  Stunning fashions and luxurious lingerie and nightwear, were modeled by customers of the shop!  All good looking, and cold by the end of the night.

A raffle was also held and Karen Readman of Formby won a Luxury Spa Day.

The evening raised a staggering £600.00 for the Rocking Horse Appeal.  Gill wishes to thank all who came along on the night and as promised she is now set to put yet another one on in 6 months time.
