Film review:- Kiss of the Dragon

Directed by Chris Nahon this film's tag line is "Kiss Fear Goodbye".  The film is set in France and has a 007 feel to it in places.  It might be because it involves a Chinese intelligence officer who goes to Paris on assignment only to become embroiled in a deadly conspiracy, with a French Gendarme.  The action is also very bloody and graphically violent.  This film is an action-packed must see, if you like marshal art, that is.  It is also a good turning point for Li's seeing him return to his best form that has been lacking recently.

Voices, first credits only:- JJet Li as Liu Jian, Bridget Fonda as Jessica, Tchéky Karyo as Inspector Richard, Ric Young as Mister Big, Burt Kwouk as Uncle Tai, Laurence Ashley as Aja
Cyril Raffaelli as Twin 1, Didier Azoulay as Twin 2, John Forgeham as Max, Paul Barrett as Pilot, Max Ryan as Lupo, Colin Prince as Lupo's Assistant, Vincent Glo as Pluto, Vincent Wong as Minister Tang and Kentaro as Chen        Film Review by Patrick Trollope.
