Sea Hawk Pirates are due to sail into Hope Street Theatre

THIS September City Theatre presents its brand new family musical Sea Hawk Pirates. Join Pirate Grace (Elisha Mai), Plank (Sean Campbell), Wreck (Molly Riley) and Friends as they battle raging seas, dark rebels and the twist of fate this new story tells.

Set in the golden age of Pirates this high seas stage production will keep you on the edge of your seats from start to finish. Especially whenever Pirate Manson (Graham Lyne) is about. A rogue pirate who leads his band of pirates with a cocky, but likable swagger. But not all is what it seems.

Add into the mix Pirate Finn Roberts and the young millionaire Sir T. Lansdale and the story really starts to build. When a ferocious storm hits the pirates ship on the way to a mysterious island called Pirates Rock…who will die? who will survive? and who will rise to fight another day? Find out at the Hope Street Theatre, Liverpool.

Southport Flower Show 2022 - Part 1 of 2

THE long awaited return of the Southport Flower Show also came with it's usual mixed weather, but what a show. This years event was held over 18 August to 21 August 2022, with lots of fabulous guests, flower displays, live entertainment, and more... Many of those attending said it was the best year for disabled visitors, as the displays and other attractions where easily accessible to those able bodied and those within wheelchairs, Sadly some exhibitors where still unable to attended due to Covid and other due to the unusual weather we have had recently months, that have damaged their plants. But, those who could exhibit put on an amazing range of floral delights, as you will see in our photos. This is just a quick sample of the photos we have taken over the 4 day event, with lots more photographs and some video to follow, along with our full written write up, within our next weekly issue.
