There is so much positive investment happening on Lord Street, just on this stretch alone.

The new Coffee King is housed within a beautifully restored former bank, which was previously home to:- Monsoon, Patisserie Valerie and 92 Degrees. They're really proud of the quality of their carefully sourced coffee. There's food available too, and ice cream. The floor to ceiling windows here and the views across towards Monument Square are stunning, while there is plenty of outdoor seating.
