1. How Friends Changed the World Channel 4 Saturday 9pm,    Fabulous Life of Friends VH1 Monday 9pm,    Friends Channel 4 Friday 9pm E4 Friday 10pm LAST EPISODE...   We knew it was coming, but this really is The One Where They Finally Say Goodbye. Will Ross and Rachel drive off into the sunset together and will Monica and Chandler's adopted baby finally arrive? Channel 4 and VH1 also pay tribute to the show which introduced us to TV's best pals. 

2. Bodies BBC3 Sunday 9pm NEW SERIES...   This hard-hitting drama about life in the obstetrics and gynaecology dept of a busy hospital stars Max Beesley as a young registrar who soon realises that his new boss is not up to the job.  The Office's Patrick Baladi co-stars.    

3. Hell's Kitchen ITV1 Sunday-Friday 9pm NEW SERIES;  Hell's Kitchen Live ITV2 Sunday-Thursday Times vary NEW SERIES;    Hell's Kitchen Extra Portions ITV2; Sunday-Thursday Times vary NEW SERIES... Amanda Barrie, Belinda Carlisle and Al Murray are among the wannabe chefs putting themselves under the merciless gaze of Gordon Ramsay as they attempt to run a restaurant kitchen.  Angus Deayton and Mark Durden-Smith present daily coverage.

4. The True Story of Troy History Channel Monday 9pm... Marking the release of the epic film starring Brad Pitt as Greek warrior Achilles, this special programme explores the real facts behind the legend of the Trojan War.

5. Cutting It BBC1 Tuesday 9pm ... Amanda Holden returns as Finn's manipulative ex Mia. Seemingly reformed after her arson attacks on the salons and a stint in a clinic, all seems well until baby Ralfie disappears,,,,,,,,,,,,

6. Big Brother's Best Bits E4 Tuesday-Thursday 9pm; Channel 4 Thursday 11.05pm; Big Brother Channel 4 Friday 10pm  & E4 Friday 11.05pm NEW SERIES... It's back again and only time will tell whether this year will uncover another Jade or more of last year's slightly less colourful characters.  Meanwhile, Dermot O'Leary presents the best BB moments ever.

7. Poor Little Rich Girls ITV1 Tuesday and Thursday 10pm NEW SERIES .... Playing up the rich/poor divide, this fascinating experiment sees how wealthy young 'It' girls fare when they trade places with those who are less well off. First up, a wannabe actress swaps her Chelsea pad with a hairdresser from a Liverpool council estate.

8. American Idol Phenomenon ITV2 Wednesday 8pm ; American Idol:- The Final Three ITV2 Friday 8.30pm & 10.20pm; Simon Cowell:- American Idol ITV2 Friday 9.20pm ...  As the finalists prepare to sing their heart out for the judges one last time, relive highlights from the last three series and go behind the scenes on the show with Mr Cowell himself.

9. Blag! MTV Wednesday 10.30pm NEW SERIES... Look and learn as this new show follows a group of skilled blaggers who demonstrate just how easy it is to gatecrash a series of celebrity bashes. Super-smooth Leslie Phillips presents.

10. Omagh Channel 4 Thursday 9pm... Told from the point of view of the families involved, this moving feature-length drama recounts the aftermath of the tragic events of August 15th 1998 when a Real IRA bomb struck the small market town of Omagh.
