Charlie Sheen sends up his playboy image in this hit US comedy about a roguish bachelor whose free and easy lifestyle is disrupted by the arrival of his up-tight brother and 10-year-old nephew.

Rob Brydon returns as Marion and Geoff's lovelorn Keith in this hilarious

chatshow which sees the cuckolded former cabbie interview various celebrity couples to uncover the secret of a good relationship. 

6. 55 Degrees North BBC1 Tuesday 9pm NEW SERIES

Having blown the whistle on a corrupt colleague, London detective Nicky Cole (Babyfather's Don Gilet) finds himself on a speedy transfer to Newcastle in this entertaining new cop drama which co-stars Dervla Kirwan.

 

7. King of the Hill FX Wednesday 9pm NEW SERIES

 Hank Hill and the rest of the Texan good ol' boys return for a new run with Brad Pitt guesting in the first episode as Boomhauer's equally incomprehensible brother Patch, who just happens to be engaged to his sibling's ex-sweetheart.

8. The Long Firm BBC2 Wednesday 9pm NEW SERIES

Mark Strong heads the cast in this gritty adaptation of Jake Arnott's bestselling novel which charts the fortunes of a charismatic gangster in 60s London.

9. Mick's Girls Five Wednesday 9pm

Rolling Stone Mick Jagger is arguably as famous for his colourful love life as he is for his music. This light-hearted show gets the lowdown on the many ladies in the life of the ageing rocker.

10. Lucky FX Wednesday 9.30pm NEW SERIES

This quirky new comedy drama sees Sex and the City's John Corbett as a down-on-his-luck gambling addict who decides to return to the tables once more in the hope of reversing his fortunes.
