THIS event will be held in Southport’s hidden gem of a building, the Latin Lounge, on Post Office Ave., Southport (PR9 0US). Live entertainment will be provided throughout the night by local musician, John The Mad Scot, so you do not have to be single to come along and have fun. This unusual auction will have males and females being auctioned off, but in a very unusual way… The bidder will not know for whom they are bidding, they will only know the activity of the date! We are still would like to get another 2 more activities, as we have had more interest from people who want to be auctioned, than anticipated. The ages of the singles to be auctioned start off from around 23 years of age, but we have older people as well… so it is not just for the younger ages! The night starts at approximately 8:30pm and the auction will be later that night, at about 10/10:30pm on 11 September 2009. Please do pop in, even if you are not single, as you will enjoy the atmosphere… Entry is FREE, but as the night is in aid of St John ambulance, all donations would be most welcome! So far activities range from a night at the cinema thanks to Vue Cinema Southport, through to a daylong course at the award winning Chocolate Cellar in Liverpool. An ideal date for chocolate loving females and males anywhere! For the traditional at heart; forget needing to pay for a night out at a restaurant as both the Fuegos and the Latin Lounge are putting up meals for two! Rules about all dates auctioned will be mentioned on the night, for your safety and to allow a most memorable and enjoyable time! If you are worried that you will not know who your date is until the day of your date, well do not worry as we will reveal the partner after all the ladies and gentlemen have been auctioned….
