Liverpool Triathlon
2010
ON Sunday, 27 June 2010 Liverpool
welcomed the Liverpool Triathlon back to its iconic waterfront. The
event attracted many local people, not forgetting others from not
only the rest of the UK, but also some international participants
and supporters. The events involved a swim, followed by a cycle race
and finished with a run, all in aid of charity. Many competitors
raised cash for Clatterbridge, the Back Up Trust and World Child
Cancer. This was a fantastic day not only for
spectators, but also for the competitors, many of them saying how
well organised and friendly the event was. The event now is ranked
as one of the top five in the UK Triathlon calendar and from the
