NEXT OF KIN APPEAL - FRANKLIN OBI NWANESI

THE Liverpool Coroners Office are now appealing for information to trace the next of kin of Franklin Obi Nwanesi, who died in Liverpool earlier this month. Mr Nwanesi was found collapsed at his flat at Cathedral Court, Gambier Terrace, on 14 February 2011, and died the following day in hospital. There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death. His next of kin or anyone with information about his next of kin are asked to contact the Coroners Office on:- 0151 233 4705.

Demon Collector Book Launch

THE author of the new book called:- "Demon Collector", Jon Mayhew, was in Formby to launch his book. The event was held at the Formby Pool Cafe and was backed up with a PowerPoint and DVD presentation, a light buffet and some drinks and also live music. Not only that, but he was joined by the magician and entertainer, John Harding who started the event and introduced the author. If you do not know what the book is about, well it is based around a character called Edgy Taylor who sees demons when nobody else can. The adventure sees him solving many riddles, and evading his brutal and an abusive master. At the Royal Society of Daemonologie, Edgy discovers that he holds the key to a deadly demon prophecy. The book will be on sale from our online shop with a few signed copies, next week.

The hardback book is published by Bloomsbury Publishing Plc and has 432 pages. It's ISBN is 1408803941.

We are now taking phone bookings for John Boyne on Wednesday, 11 May 2011 at the Civic Hall. Tickets will be £5, 6pm doors for a 7pm start.
