Phoenix charity night!

WELL it was not quite what was expected, as they ran out of time to wax a member of their bar staff and our editor, but the Phoenix manage to raise £280 pounds so far, from the night and they say that they are still collecting!   Despite the poor weather, on Saturday, 30 June 2012, the pub, located on Coronation Walk in the hart of the Town Canter held a successful event in aid of Help The Heroes charity. The event had a massive raffle and staff, plus some customers put on Fancy Dress! One of the bar staff Laura said:- "We would like to thank every one for help.
