next generation of decision makers, leaders and catalysts for
			change.
St. Michael's combines luxury, capacious student accommodation and
			striking architecture which complements its surroundings beautifullyl;
enhancing the appeal of living, working and experiencing what the
vibrant, culturally rich area has to offer, from exciting
			restaurants to independent retail."

Construction UK Building Division, said:- "It was excellent
working with Iliad Group once again to deliver Grenville Street for
Sanctuary Student Homes. The contemporary development was designed
and built to reflect the on-going regeneration plans for Liverpool
City Centre, which meant a lot to me personally as Liverpool is my
home City. What a fantastic scheme to be part of and we look forward
to working with Iliad again in the near future."

IT OUT IN LIVERPOOL AT EUROPE'S FIRST EVER SUPER-ENDURO BALANCE BIKE
			RACE
			 STRIDER SuperEnduro racing
hit Liverpool's Echo Arena this Sunday showcasing the UK's best
no-pedal balance bike talent with the pint sized riders, aged
between three and five, racing Strider no-pedal balance bikes
head-to-head over tricky obstacles on a purpose built off-road SuperEnduro course.
Strider, the world leader in balance bike technology, worked with
the SuperEnduro Grand Prix team to create this unique opportunity
for toddlers and young children from the region to not only ride and
race balance bikes in front of a packed arena crowd, but to take
part in the first ever balance bike SuperEnduro event to be held in
			Europe.

			 Melanie Thomas, Strider's driving
force behind the event, said:- "The Strider SuperEnduro is a
fantastic addition to this year's balance bike racing schedule and
follows our hugely successful championship series which crowned the
2013 British age-group Champions this September."
After an exciting series of qualifying and final races, it was Mason
Groves (aged 3) from Runcorn, Theo Rowles (aged 4) from Heywood and
Oakley Kettle (aged 5) from Sandbach who crossed the line ahead of
their rivals to take victory in their age group categories.

Melanie continues:- "Our aim has always been to inspire
children to get out there and have a go and this truly unique event
gave the riders the chance to get a taste of what it's like to ride
at a major event in front of an arena crowd. The truly amazing thing
is that some of the riders had only just celebrated their third
			birthday!"

			 Tony Brock, the overall organiser
of the event, said:- "It was great to see the young riders on
the track. They really are the future of the sport and it looks like
we have some real talent to look out for.
