Sovini Construction complete multi million pound apartment block to deliver 'affordable' housing

THE Conway Point development is part of The Sovini Group's ambitious new build framework, which seeks to build a better future through the development of over 1,000 high quality, affordable homes within the next 5 years.

The new build development specialists have finished building the 40,000 sq.ft 'affordable rent' to buy development, marking the culmination of a 12 month project on behalf of award winning housing association, 1 Vision Housing.

The multi million pound scheme is ideally located in Birkenhead, Wirral. The highly anticipated scheme is located just a short distance from Liverpool City Centre and Chester.

Designed by architect Condy Lofthouse, the high rise apartment block was built on brownfield land.

The Sovini Group's unique model provided services to fulfil the growing local housing demand.

The Sovini Group's collaborative partners on the Conway Point scheme included:- Sovini Trade Supplies, as well as the award winning companies' in.

Additionally, their in house facilities and maintenance provider Sovini Property Services and waste management firm Sovini Waste Solutions ensured that 100% of construction waste was recycled.



The scheme features 46 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, and a secure alternative transport storage facility as well as onsite parking.

The apartments feature environmentally efficient specifications, supplied by:- local independent building merchant, Sovini Trade Supplies, including:- toilets, taps, showers, and light fittings, contributing towards the Group's net-zero carbon commitment.

Colleagues from across the Group, Wirral Council, Homes England, and contractors came together to celebrate its completion.

The Southport Comedy Festival in association with Halliwell Jones BMW can announce yet another big name for this year's 12th Annual Southport Comedy Festival
