THE River of Light Trail was 
opened on 24 March 2021, 1 year since the 1st UK Lockdown started. Sadly, over 
the weekend Culture Liverpool had to close it. In a press announcement and on 
Social Media they said:- “Due to high winds the River Of Light will have 
to be turned off. We hope to switch back on on Monday and look forward to 
welcoming you back throughout the week.”  If you have not already seen it, it is an 
			outdoor illuminated gallery of stunning light installations, located
