Open Golf Ticket Scam Warning...

OVER the last week we have had lots of phone calls and a few
emails asking about tickets for the 2008 Open Golf at Birkdale.
All of them are asking if tickets have been sold out, as they have
gone on sale on Ebay and a rumour has been circulated by ticket
touts that all the tickets have been gone. We have been in
contact with the organisers about this issue and we have been
informed that they are aware of tickets being sold on Ebay for well
over the ticket price and that they can confirm that they have NOT sold out of tickets. In fact, you can come to the event and
buy them at the entrance. There is no limit placed on the
number of tickets allocated and the grounds have ample space for
visitors. So be aware of this scam. The event is always
a magnificent showpiece for the North West, and who knows who will
get the cup this year. Don't let these scammers put you off
coming! As Tiger Woods is no longer in the frame, it is
anyone's guess who will win… So come along and be part of what will
be a very historic and magnificent sporting occasion. To book
