Queens Jubilee Baton Relay
Photographs by Patrick Trollope.

Local Formby man Steve Smith had the honor of carrying the baton through the streets of Liverpool on Sunday.   Claire Sweeney ran the last part of the evening celebration leg of the Liverpool section placing the baton into the erecting stand on Sunday.   The baton then the next day (Monday 22 July) crossed into Ormskirk and then Burschough and beyond to Carlisle.  Along rout local people from all different back grounds carried it.

Part one Liverpool (Sunday).
