THE baby blues have taken on a whole
new meaning at one of the UK's leading sports grounds.
As well as being home to:- 'Everton Football Club'; known to fans as:-
'The Blues' and 'Goodison Park' is 1 of Merseyside's premier conference and event venues.
However, the stadium is now also welcoming football mad mums-to-be, keen to hold
their baby shower within sight of the hallowed turf.
Baby showers are a booming trend, giving friends and family the chance to pamper
the expectant mum and hand over gifts for both her and the baby.
Now, Sodexo Prestige Venues and Events, which manages corporate and leisure events
at the stadium, has put together a special Baby Shower programme of tea and
treats.
Parties can enjoy exclusive use of 1 of 8 Goodison Park suites, for an
afternoon tea of carefully crafted sandwiches, savouries, cakes and cream
scones, with coffee, tea and a celebratory glass of Champagne.
They then have full use of their suite for exchanging gifts, indulging in some
pre-baby pampering or enjoying some live entertainment.
