Investigating officer PC Dan Armstrong said:- "The owner of the bike had secured it in the racks at St Helens Central station on the Thursday. We would urge the man in the image or anyone who recognises him to come forward and contact BTP to help with our investigation." Anyone with information is asked to contact British Transport Police on:- 0800 40 50 40, or text:- 61016, quoting reference PSUB/B11 of 06/03/15.
