Unexplained Deaths at
Cream Nightclub
MERSEYSIDE Police have confirmed
that the 47 year old man who died on Tuesday, 29 December 2015, after
falling ill at Cream Nightclub, Liverpool, in the early hours of Sunday, 27
December 2016, was Andrew Glaister, from the Isle of Man. A Home Office Post
Mortem took place on Wednesday, 30 December 2016 to establish the cause of
death. The death of Mr Glaister, follows the death of 19 year old John
Milburn, who also died following a night out at Cream Nightclub in the early
hours of Sunday, 27 December 2015. Detective Chief Inspector Mark Kameen
said:- "We have launched a comprehensive investigation into the tragic
deaths of these 2 men. At this stage of the investigation, we are exploring
a number of lines of enquiry. It is however too early to say if the deaths
are linked. We are speaking with friends of both victims alongside staff and
management from Nation Nightclub, to establish the full circumstances
surrounding the movements of both men that night. CCTV is also being
examined from the location and surrounding area."
