Epstein to host The Gruffalo

ON a wild and windy night, the Gruffalo's child ignores her father's warning and tiptoes out into the snow. After all, the Big Bad Mouse doesn't really exist… does he?   Following hot on the heels of The Gruffalo's sell out tour and his monstrous West End success comes The Gruffalo's Child; with attitude! Just how brave is she? Find out for yourselves by joining her at the Epstein Theatre, Liverpool from 17 May to 19 May 2016. But do take note that this show will only have 6 performances and times vary, so check with Box Office, on Epstein Theatre, Hanover House, Liverpool.  Based on Children's Laureate Julia Donaldson MBE and Axel Scheffler's award winning picture book, Tall Stories' stage adaptation is:- "everything good children's theatre should be" The List.

The cast are as follows:- Ellie Bell as The Gruffalo's Child, Lesley Cook as Mouse, Tom Crook as The Gruffalo/Predators. Duncan MacInnes as the Understudy.  Rebekah Pichilingi, General Manager at the Epstein said:- "We are delighted to have The Gruffalo's Child come to the Epstein, our focus on family friendly shows is really coming to fruition, especially off the back of the success of The Tiger Who Came To Tea and Going On A Bear Hunt which we enjoyed last year."

Running time:- 55 Minutes (no interval). Daytime performances. Recommended for ages 3+.  All adults must be accompanied by a responsible child.  Visit:- GruffalosChildLive.Com for a sneak preview. To book tickets call:- 0844 888 4411, or go online... Plus you can also book in person at the Theatre Box Office.
