THIS is your last chance to  win the £50 hair Scott Charles Product Gift Set, thanks to the Scott Charles’ Tarleton Salon, all you have to do is write your captions to these pictures, making a comic book style story.  On the bike is the Formula One Motorbike Rider, Darren Cooper, who took his bike out for a spin a and popped in to Scott of Scott Charles Hairdressers in Tarleton.

Clatterbridge Cancer Research, Southport Branch Charity Ball

THIS year's Clatterbridge Cancer Research, Southport Branch Charity Ball will be held on the 29 August 2009 at the Floral Hall in Southport. the night will have a 3 Course Dinner ending with Coffee & Mints.

Entertainment will be provided by an 11 piece Soul Band called the screaming Beavers. See screamingbeavers.co.uk for more information about the band.

Also joining them will be comedian Mike Farrell, not forgetting Trevor Ford and Compare Dave Quinn from Dune FM Southport’s local radio station, who will both be rocking you in to the night with a disco. Raffle Prizes including a Diamond Necklace donated by David Robinson the Jewellers.

Charity Auctions include round of golf at Royal Birkdale and A trip for 2 people to sail in a round the world yacht. Ticket price of £40pp. The money raised will go towards researching pioneering  treatment of cancer related illnesses.

There are also sponsorship opportunities, Exhibition stands, table sponsorship, donating an auction prize will mean a presence on the night and afterwards detailed in the local press, Radio and websites etc.
