"I wanted to get in touch regarding a local head teacher Paul Dickinson from Archbishop Beck Catholic Sports College, Liverpool, who is getting behind a national call for teens to make the most of their summer, following research that shows how school holiday activities can positively impact performance at school. Did you know that the average teenager expects to get bored by day 18 of the summer holidays and half of teenagers wish there were more opportunities to try new activities and experiences during the summer holidays. Research reveals teens plan to spend an extra 84 hours in bed this summer and more than 44 hours taking selfies.
