Don't miss Southport's Armed Forces Day Event and Parade
ON 28 June 2015, Southport will be hosting a series of Armed Forces Day events, in the Town Center. The events will start with a parade that will start off on Chapel Street at 10.30am, then progressing onto Lord Street, ending at the Town Hall Gardens PR8 1DA, where the main event will start. There will be Her Majesty's Armed Forces, Military vehicles and displays, Brass band, vintage music, charity stalls and associations, local cadet forces, fly over from a Spitfire (weather permitting) will also take place at around 1pm.
