Dangerous pavements

HAZARDOUSUS pavements in Southport have been highlighted to us and to Sefton Council. Some of the pavements in and around Southport have the remains of old sign posts in them. The stumps have rusted, snapped and jagged edges that are perilous. The stumps often have hollow centres making them even more dangerous for children and animals. Please let us know of any you spot and also report it to Sefton Council. Take a photo, if safe to do so, and make a note of the location, then send over to our newsroom's email address:- News24@SouthportReporter.com.
