Remember the 3rd Fire Engine.

3rd Engine in use on Lord Street on Wednesday. (Above)  The shop and the roof where the fire started.
Above, fire engines attend shop on Lord Street called Jaeger.  Phil and I both got there and I was asked by one of the public, who was shopping at the time, to remind you all that there is a petition to save the 3rd fire engine from being lost!  The Fire  chiefs say that the cost of running this engine is too high and it has to be axed. The firemen at Southport say it should be kept.  Say what you think on our chat room and remember, if you agree that we need to keep it, sign the petition!
Photos of fire by Phil and  photo of the  petition being signed last week, by Patrick.
