            Southport's Food & Drink Festival 2011 
             THE 2011 Food 
            and Drink Festival was held over 12 May to 15 May 2011. Sadly 
            although the standards of the displays and stalls has been the best 
            yet, the rain and wind put many off attending the outdoor parts of 
            event. On the Sunday celebrity chef Jean Christophe Novelli gave 
            demonstrations, but most of the event was taken up purely by North 
            West based food and drink companies, as well as many local
