Quinn, 
has just announced that he will be appearing at this Woodvale Rally, that takes 
place over 17 June and 18 June 2017.
 The multi talented singer, dancer and actor will be performing a 45 minute slot, 
on the Saturday, 17 June 2017, with tracks from his Swing album.
 
 Peter Wood, Woodvale Rally general manager, said:- "We are absolutely 
thrilled to have been able to secure Ray Quinn for the rally. He is a great 
performer who will put on a thoroughly entertaining show. We are planning to 
have live entertainment throughout the weekend and the line-up we are presently 
finalising is sure to attract the crowds."
 
 As X Factor runner up in 2006 Ray's only misfortune was to come up against Leona 
Lewis in the final.
 
 Since then his debut album:- 'Doing it My Way' entered the UK 
album charts at number one going on to sell more than 300,000 copies.
 
 Following his success with X Factor and his debut album his next step was the 
West End and, combining all his talents, appeared in some of the biggest hit 
shows including Grease, Dirty Dancing and Legally Blonde.
 
 He then went on to star in the 2009 show of Dancing on Ice which he not only 
won, but was also crowned Champion of Champions 2014.
 
 Born in Knowsley, his 1st major acting role was to portray a victimized yet 
tormented child in the Channel 4 soap Brookside.
 
 Ray will be appearing on stage, at 3.30pm, at the rally, on the Saturday, 
alongside a wide range of other bands, including the popular Mike Byrne and the 
Sunrockers. Live performances are planned from 11 till 5 on both days.
 
 Other attractions include model aircraft flying displays, classic vehicles and 
motorcycles, military vehicles, model boats and railways, dog display team, a 
Jema Leopold equestrian performance, the Crazy Bears, Morris dancing and car 
boot, trade stands and flea market.
 
 Parking is available at Princes Park and admission is £6 for adults and £4 for 
children under 15 at the gate.
